Thank you for choosing Ghoul Nest (Ghoulnest.in). We want to make sure your package reaches you quickly, safely, and transparently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a new product drop, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We work with trusted logistics and courier partners to provide reliable delivery across India.

  • Standard Shipping: Deliveries across major metropolitan areas usually take 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Regional Delivery: For tier-2/tier-3 cities and remote regions, delivery may take 5-7 business days

Please note: Estimated delivery dates are timelines provided by our courier partners and are not absolute guarantees.

 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹549.
    Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders of ₹549 or more.

 Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our website or via the courier partner's portal.

 Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Incorrect Address: We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your details!

  • Unresolved Transit Delays: Occasional delays can happen due to severe weather, festive rushes, or public disruptions. If your tracking page hasn't updated in 3 days, please drop us a line at contact@ghoulnest.in  so we can investigate and solve it for you.

 International Shipping

  • Currently, Ghoul Nest ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our nest across borders in the future!

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Return shipping is free and managed entirely by us.

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges (Change of Mind/Size preference): The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
