At Ghoul Nest (Ghoulnest.in), we take pride in creating unique printed products made to order. Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons.

We do, however, want to make sure you receive your order in good condition and exactly as intended.

Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product and the issue.
• Photographs of the original packaging.
• An unboxing video, where available.

Claims may need to be verified before a replacement or refund is approved.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, or transit-related defect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges when:

• The wrong size was selected by the customer.
• The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
• The customer no longer wants the product.
• The customer does not like the product after receiving it, provided the product is not defective.
• The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Please carefully check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Size measurements may have minor manufacturing variations. Such variations within the stated measurement tolerance are not considered manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are made to order, an order may not be cancellable once it has entered production or fulfillment.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will let you know whether cancellation is still possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or another issue caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Package Damage

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please photograph the package before opening it and, where possible, note the damage with the delivery carrier.

Please unbox your order carefully. Damage caused while opening the package with scissors, knives, or other sharp objects may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless sufficient evidence is provided.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue is determined to be caused by Ghoul Nest or our fulfillment partner.

Replacement

Where a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be produced and shipped to the customer. Delivery time will depend on the destination and shipping service available.
