Standard delivery: 3–5 days in metro areas, 5–7 days regional. Free shipping on all orders. We currently ship within India only.

We don't accept returns for size or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your return/refund policy?
All products are made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and an unboxing video if possible. Verified issues are eligible for a replacement or refund.
How long does delivery take?
Since all products are made to order and printed fresh, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be produced and delivered across India ( In case of festivities and remote areas it might take longer. We currently ship within India only.
How do I choose the right size?
We have separate size charts for men's/unisex and women's fits — measurements differ between the two even for the same size label (e.g. Medium in unisex isn't the same as Medium in women's). Always check the size chart button on the specific product page above the "Buy" option before ordering. Since items are made to order, we can't offer returns/exchanges for incorrect size selection — please measure carefully.
What is the print quality and how do I care for it?
Our prints are made to last up to 30 washes when cared for properly: wash in cold water, tumble dry in shade, do not wring, do not iron directly on the print, and do not dry clean. Fading or cracking outside these care instructions isn't considered a manufacturing defect.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet entered production. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at contact@ghoulnest.in or +91 99038 59977/+91 98740 44315 with your order number. Since our products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
